Nicole Lewis, Operations Manager

Nicole Lewis has nearly 20 years of experience in the political, corporate and nonprofit sectors providing administrative and project management support.  Prior to coming to ConwayStrategic, she served as the Special Assistant to the CEO and Medical Director of the American Psychiatric Association, where she assisted with managing the cross-functional operations of the office along with providing research, communications, and logistical support to other executives in the C-suite.  She has also held positions in the campaign and Capitol Hill offices of Senator Charles Robb, Congressman Sam Gejdenson of Connecticut, and Governor Mark Warner of Virginia. Nicole is a graduate of the University of Maryland-University College and did her graduate work in public policy at Northwestern University.

A native of Northern Virginia, she is very active and has held leadership roles in a number of volunteer organizations in the DC Metro Area focusing on youth, healthcare, education, and housing including Posse DC, the Northern Virginia Urban League’s Young Professionals Network, and the Bonder and Amanda Johnson Community Development Corporation. She is a graduate of Leadership Arlington’s Young Professionals (LAYP) Program and was nominated for an LAYP 40 Under 40 Award in 2015.  In her free time, she likes to travel around the world and try new fitness adventures.
